Gary Panzer is a retired Memphis Fire Department Firefighter/Paramedic with more than 25 years of experience in emergency medical services and public safety. In 2012, Gary founded ArcAngel Life Safety Solutions, initially focusing on CPR and AED training and sales. Today, he brings decades of real-world emergency response experience to ArcAngel’s growing range of medical, first aid, and life-safety training programs.

Craig Brown is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer, veteran law enforcement officer, Advanced EMT, professional speaker, and experienced instructor with decades of experience in public safety, emergency response, investigations, and training. As founder of the MediCop® training program, Craig combines real-world experience with an engaging, practical teaching style to prepare law enforcement officers, businesses, churches, schools, and everyday citizens to respond confidently when it matters most.
